Last week, the team at Creative Hut were thrilled to hear the news that one of our very own Certified LEGO® trainers, Steve Guinness, has won yet another LEGO® competition, "I hope the set will bring nostalgia to adult fans and wonder and curiosity to younger fans who might not have ever seen a typewriter."

As though being crowned 2017 Champion of Channel 4’s LEGO® Masters wasn’t enough, Steve has now had his newest creation chosen by LEGO® ideas to be made into a new official set! Steve’s scale-model typewriter which he has dedicated to his wife, Rachael, is an expansion on one of the models he created for LEGO® Masters. The new improved typewriter with a hand cranked mechanism and ‘fun, retro appeal’ claimed the number one spot after gaining over 10,000 votes from the public.

As a LEGO® trainer with Creative Hut, Steve is keen to share his love for learning with the next generation of STEAM leaders, by equipping teachers with the ability to deliver fun, educational, hands-on experiences for pupils, which harness their creativity and build foundations for future careers in STEAM.

If you’re interested in booking Steve for workshops, training, or hands-on demonstrations, get in touch with us at info@creative-hut.com or call at 0800 799 7242.
