Who qualifies for the Bolt+ upgrade program?
Any school or institute that owns one or more SPRK+, SPRK+ Power Pack, BOLT, BOLT Power Pack. SPRK+ or BOLT robots do not have to be in working condition to qualify.
3.
Who covers shipping costs for returned robots?
Schools are required to print the shipping label that will be sent to them. CreativeHUT will cover the shipping cost for returning their SPRK+ or BOLT units.
